eX² Technology Enters Multi-Year Partnership with Livingston County, MI to Commercialize Its Middle-Mile Network Infrastructure

 

Omaha, Neb. – October 21, 2024 – eX² Technology, a Vivacity company and single source solution for those seeking to build, scale or future proof their communications infrastructure, proudly announces it has been selected by Livingston County, Michigan, to provide network infrastructure commercialization services for its middle-mile fiber optic network under a five-year term with the option for two extensions of three years each.

In 2022, Livingston County, MI, selected eX² Technology to design and build a $15M, 120-mile middle-mile fiber optic network to connect its municipal buildings and educational facilities as well as install micro-conduit to support last-mile connections to homes and businesses. With expected completion in Spring 2025, the company has initiated pre-marketing activities for Livingston County’s micro-conduit and dark fiber assets on an open access, competitively neutral basis.
